What is the best exercise for FROZEN SHOULDER?

November 19, 20251 min read

If you're dealing with the pain and stiffness of a 🥶 FROZEN SHOULDER, you may be wondering what exercises can help improve your condition.

While it's important to work with a qualified healthcare professional to develop a personalized treatment plan, several key exercises can be beneficial for 🥶 FROZEN SHOULDER.

One of the best exercises for 🥶 FROZEN SHOULDER is the pendulum stretch.

Here's how to do it:

1. Stand with your good arm supporting your body, leaning forward and allowing your affected arm to hang down.

2. Gently swing your affected arm in small circles, gradually increasing the size of the circles as your comfort allows.

3. Perform this exercise for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, several times a day.

Other effective exercises for 🥶 FROZEN SHOULDER include:

1. Finger walk

Slowly walk your fingers up a wall, using your affected arm, until you feel a gentle stretch.

Hold for 10-15 seconds and repeat.

2. Towel stretch:

Hold a towel behind your back with both hands, using your good arm to gently pull your affected arm upward for a stretch.

3. Cross-body reach:

Use your good arm to lift your affected arm at the elbow, bringing it across your body for a gentle stretch.

Remember, the key is to start slowly and listen to your body.

Never force your shoulder into painful positions, and always stop if you experience sharp or intense pain.
