Plantar Fasciitis

How I cured my PLANTAR FASCIITIS?

December 18, 20242 min read

Are you tired of waking up each morning dreading that first excruciating step out of bed as searing pain shoots through your heel?

Have you tried every remedy under the sun, from rolling your foot on frozen water bottles to wearing clunky orthotic shoes, only to find temporary relief at best?

Well, I have GOOD NEWS - there is a way to stop PLANTAR FASCIITIS 🦶 for good.

As a chiropractor who has helped countless patients overcome this debilitating condition, I'm excited to share with you the key steps that finally helped me conquer my battle with PLANTAR FASCIITIS🦶

#1. Stretching

Performing simple calf and foot stretches for just 5 minutes twice a day can make a world of difference.

Focus on stretching first thing in the morning and before bed.

#2. Myofascial Release

Using a tennis ball 🎾 or massage tool, apply firm pressure to the painful spots on your heel and arch for 1-2 minutes several times a day.

This helps break up scar tissue and promotes blood flow.

#3. Supportive Footwear

Invest in shoes 👟with excellent arch support and a slightly raised heel.

Add gel heel cups for extra cushioning. Always wear supportive shoes, even at home.

#4. Supplements

Taking a high-quality omega-3 fish oil and collagen supplement can reduce inflammation and support tissue repair.

#5. Rest

As hard as it is, avoid high-impact activities and excessive time on your feet until the pain subsides.

Alternate ice 🧊 and heat 🔥 as needed.

The key is being diligent with these steps every single day. Within a few weeks, you should start noticing significant improvements.
